The quest that you appear to be stuck on depends on the daily quest you receive.
From what I understand, you have 6 days of the event with each day featuring a different skin line. If you complete at least 3 of the daily quests, you get a hextech chest and key (the mission only says chest; this is an error). If you complete all 6, you'll get another chest and key.

Each day you will have a limited-time opportunity to play an ARAM game in which either team features a champion represented in the day’s featured skin lineup (see guide below).
Complete 3 daily “Luck Of The Draw” missions to unlock a Hextech Chest & Key.
For any of you hardcore folks who manage to complete all 6, you’ll get a second Hextech Chest & Key. Drop by the Howling Abyss each day of the event to complete as many dailies as you can!
