ive had this issue for almost a month, and sometimes i can fix it but it will break again after a few days and tech support only tells me to do things i have already done, this is ridiculous.

yeah i try custom matches now before i try to play a game to see if it loads, but i havnt been able to play for about 3 days now and ive done everything i tried the previous times that got it to work for a few days and nothing is working. its so infuriating that ever since Riot startign with their new trash client release everything has a million bugs that they dont acknowledge or fix.
