[CLIENT] 3v3 Gamemode Not Available

I made an account of LAN with the summoner name "Alpinista" and I am currently level 13, but 3v3 never unlocked. It says I have to wait until level 30, which is wrong. Your official site says it should be available at level 7, and my friends had their unlock at level 7. Also, I tried to report this with my other account, but it wouldn't let me log in because you can't switch this site to LAN... So I guess LAN players can't report bugs?
