FPS Drop on Jayce Ult

So this has been posted multiple times on reporting bugs for previous patches, as well as a few for this patch, but Riot doesn't seem to want to respond on the issue.

Every time Jayce goes into hammer form the game experiences fps drop and freezes for 1 second.

I have recreated this bug with every Jayce skin, and no skin, and it occurs in the same fashion every time. My friends have played him to test if it occurs and they also see it with each of the skins they play. Changing video settings doesn't work, nor do applying any fps "fixes" that people recommend to try.

This bug makes Jayce unplayable for people and needs to be addressed/
