Unable to Block Player in After Game Lobby

Anybody ever seen this before? I don't know if it is a bug or something. Might be interesting to the devs.

if that part of the block wont work if you click on your friends list and go to block list and add his name to it. it will block them for you sometimes it happens to not work in the post game screen but that will not fail if you just add to block list sorry about that guy though
