Riot, please help [Client Bug]

So about 5 days ago I was experiencing an issue where my client appears like this: https://i.gyazo.com/a9716919ac7dc499481411ba891633fd.png when I click to open it; I can't log in, or anything, just that blank screen. So I ran the Hextech repair tool to see if that could identify/ fix the problem to no avail. This was still happening so I decided that I would completely uninstall then reinstall League. Which is when I posted this thread: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/general-discussion/EdonQZAH-league-download-speeds (Which I'm guessing has nothing do do with what I'm encountering now but I thought I'd include it nonetheless) So after 2 and a half days of redownloading league (I have no idea why it took that long, my internet isn't that bad..) I was relieved to finally be able to play league again, so I attempted to open the client to which I ran into the same issue I was getting before.

I have tried disabling my firewall in an attempt to try to get the client to open normally, however, this didn't work. At one point it opened like this: https://i.gyazo.com/3b7eab8f1447bcc2047a9c99ce88d0ab.png and I left it for about 30 minutes hoping it was loading or something, but nothing was happening so I exited once again. I have also noticed that sometimes when I exit the client through task manager I get a brief glance at the login screen for about half a second before it closes. I am also getting this error with the PBE client too.

So as you can see I've not had a good week when it comes to League, so I am at the end of my tether and would appreciate some insight as to what's going on/ how I can fix this. So I ask that if you have the slightest idea what's happening that you respond here with any possible solutions you may know of. All responses are appreciated, thank you.
