[GAMEPLAY] Alistar's pulverize goes off mid headbutt

Even before patch 5.16, I was able to make Alistar pulverize while I was in mid-headbutt. After patch 5.16 it is MUCH easier to replicate. On an enemy press W (works easier at max cast range) and immediately press or hold Q. Doing this you will notice that Q will go off before Alistar makes it to his target. I'm assuming this is a bug because Zed was patched in 5.17 because casting Razor Shuriken(Q) before Living Shadow(W) would allow the shuriken to be cast from the shadow, and this is essentially the same problem, where a champion is casting another spell while still in animation casting a different spell.
