Odd client bug

&#039I;m not too sure what happened, but whenever I open the League I have some strange bugs. When I click launch on the patcher, it opens up the login screen but there's no background - just a black screen. It lets me log in, but then the client itself is bugged as well. There's no hextech crafting, and the friends/chat/notifications buttons glitch out and I cannot open them.

Any help would be appreciated!
