sooo confused lag that isnt net or comp help

So i just got done "playing" a game and got reported for lagging the whole game. But the lag wasnt on my end. my computer is running 120 frames the whole game my net is running smoothly. But i can see everyone move expect i cant move attack anything. how do i report this so the reports against me don't count against me.
