Game Loading Error

Sometimes when a game goes to load my client will quit the game and a message saying "there is an error in your client we are fixing it" comes up and it has to go through every file to be able to reenter the game. This just happened in a ranked match and I was hit with a leaver/afk penalty bringing down my lp 15 points. It's really annoying when it isn't even your fault but the clients. This has only happened when I use my Mac laptop and not on my windows desktop.
