Support Didn't Connect- No Remake Option

So we load into the game, and we realize Lux hasn't connected, as she in the middle of the fountain and hasn't bought items. 3 minutes comes by and there is no option for us to remake the game. Finally she connects at 6 minutes, but we end up losing the game because of how far behind we were, being 4 v 5. At the end of the game, she was not available to honor, and was "x"-ed out on the post game screen. I still lost LP, despite it being a clear candidate for a remake, and despite the loss being out of my control. Not sure what's going on, but Riot seems to be messing up quite a bit, with the whole "buff pings" issue that went on for days, and now this. Really disappointing.
