[CLIENT] Champ select timer freezes on "0" and then whole client freezes, unable to proceed

3 times today I have had my client freeze in champ select when the timer gets down to 0. The timer next to a champs name counts down to 0 and then my screen freezes and I can do nothing. The only way I get get my computer functioning again is to control - ult - delete which results in the client thinking I have left during champ select (when I didn't leave but was unable to proceed with anything)
This has only started happening to me today and has done it 3 times resulting in 2 30min bans and it has also put a loss for my first promo trying to get from bronze into silver...is there anyway to reset that loss considering it was due to being forced to control ult delete when in champ select.

Discrepancies with the timer or accepting matches is usually a connection issue, where the client or server does not retrieve the necessary information from the other.

Please head over to the Connection Troubleshooting Log Reader. There, you can submit the Network logs from your match(es) and the log reader will show if you were having ping spikes and packet loss.

It will then will direct you to solutions. Please work through the solutions it suggests, and if you need assistance or they do not work post on the Help & Support board and we'll try to help.

You can also narrow down the source of latency or packet loss by downloading the WinMTR Network Diagnostic Tool, then use that to run a traceroute to the following IP's for OCE (allow this to run for 5-15 minutes);
