League of Legends Constant BUG SPLAT and UNUSABLE WEBSITE

Dear Summoners, I have been getting crashes for bug splat lately. I had technical difficulties reconnecting, about 20 minutes. Yeah, it is a lot. I believe it was my fault and decided to take the low priority q. Later, I was playing ranked got disconnected in a middle of fight. I believe it was my fault. Low priority Q again. I was playing my series and then I get disconnected again. I am not upset of my Low priority Q, but frustrated and I go to the website to find a solution to my crashes or on why I get low priory Q even when i get a bug splat error. I go on the page and it does not load. I download various browsers. Google the problem, and the best I can get is the following images below.

These back to back punishments and unusable webpages. Has made my experience with Riot's support miserable.

P.S.S ( i know the webpage snit loading the css. The checked to see if the css was in my source. I cant find it. I guessing either I didn't get the package or its back end with ASP.NET or other back end language )

I reloaded the page about 20 times and tried later.. Same result
