the game exits as it enters ''the champion select ''

hey guys! I got a problem here... as the game finds a match and I accept; game crashes and exit ... the login screen also doesn't get changed (it's that previous login screen i mean that one which cait shoot with her weapon not the lunar one...) pls help me guys...
