[Gameplay] Bug Malzahar Voidlings

Just to clarify, i found this on a custom match so it might just be for custom games. At lvl 1 some reason when i spawned a voidling with my w it spawned a voidling every time i basic attacked afterwords until i have 5 of them. i don't know what i did before for it to do that because when i tried to do it again in a different custom match it didn't happen. Since i was able to get dragon at lvl 1 i thought that it had to be reported.
