[CLIENT] Ranked Queue Crash

While Accepting a ranked queue, the Accept or Decline window would not go away. I could see that I joined the lobby, but couldn't declare, ban, or pick. I had to close League and reboot repeatedly until the client would open again. I took a screenshot of the error.
