[GAMEPLAY] Keyboard strokes do not bind to Hotkeys

This weird hotkey bug happened in the first game I played on a wireless university connection (other than my home cable connection which has not produced this issue), in each of two consecutive days.

At the start of the game I find that my regular keybindings (QWER, DF, 123456 etc...) do not work and thus I cannot activate the corresponding abilities through the keyboard, quickcasted or not. When I try to rebind them in the Hotkeys menu, the rebinding window does not seem to recognise the keyboard strokes. It does however recognise mouse buttons (side buttons, middle click) and punctuation keystrokes such as ` or Tab. The keyboard functions normally in all other respects, including chat.

On the first game this happened (SR, One for All), I disconnected-reconnected, no change, restarted the client, no change, reverted all keybindings to default, and then in less than a minute the issue was mysteriously resolved and I could rebind common keys to abilities again. On the second game (SR, Ranked Draft), I tried all of the above repeatedly, but the issue persisted to the end of the game. // Effectively I had to retrain myself during a ranked game to_ play using just the mouse._
