The connection always fails,and sometimes 1000+ping during the game.

Almost every game I need to log in several times to allowed me enter the game, and when i enter the game sometimes there will be 1000+pings. because this reason I got punishment, now I have to wait for 20 minutes before the game. The worse thing is after i enter the game I may still got 1000+pings !!!! And reconnect is not work . Is there anyone like me ? PLZ HELP ME !!!!! IM FEEL HELPLES
