Wrong image in launcher [CLIENT]

Right after logging into the game the images for show Blood Moon Thresh and Elise showed a portrait of the Elise skin for both instead of showing the Thresh skin. Going into shop or a lobby and back to the homepage, as well as playing a full game and returning to the client did not fix the issue. I haven't yet tried re-logging to see if that would repair it.
