Bug of champs and rune pages missing

I've not played for couple weeks since S3 got over. I logged in my account today and found that I only have 3 rune pages, there is supposed be 10 pages. I have bought an additional rune page and a 7 rune page bundle, so it's supposed be 10 pages. So do my champs, lots of my champs are not available now. So far, I found Azir, Brand, Cassiopeia, Graves, Irelia, LeBlanc, Syndra, Trundle, Varus, Vladmir, Wukong, Xerath and Zac those champs that I have bought are not available. Those missing champs and rune pages are shown on the purchased history page.

I didn't find any way for reporting a bug by email, so I could only post those problems here and hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks.

There was a great purge regarding people who abused the "Refer a Friend" system to acquire free rewards. To counter this kind of exploit, Riot decided to take several champions, skins and runepages from those people to punish them. There's a good chance you were one of them.
