Vaynes tumble and j4 Ult

SO to start off lets say hey j4 is fun and everything but his ult has a major problem ive noticed facing vayne, She can tumble right through it.

Now from playing j4 since season two I can tell you that His ult is his everything to him in a teamfight, a great move to lock down carries who dont have flash, if he cant do this then whats the point?

Now you could argue that "Lucian can dash out of it." Yes well lucian can also dash over walls, vayne cannot. So why should she be able to tumble through a ring of solid rock? I would understand if it was a dash but it isnt.

So my question is, Can we get a fix here?
