[client] cant modify runes/summoner spells/ban a champ/confirm champ

so i was just forced to dodge a normal draft game. i started to modify my rune pages before the "clarify champ" or whatever phase is called. i deleted a rune page right when the timer ran out. I was last pick, so i tried desperately to change runes, spells, etc, anything. but nothing would respond at all. Therefore i was forced to dodge.
