Keyboard unresponsive strictly during LoL play [Gameplay]

So, while playing a non-ranked Draft match, I noticed that some of my keys weren't working. I thought it was my keyboard at first, but then later I was typing to a friend over Skype, and qwer, asdf, 1234567 all were working. I then tried this in the LoL chat during a match where a key wasn't working, and was able to type just fine. But my Q, 4, S, D, X, C, V were all refusing to respond outside of chat, so I had to, mid match, bind around them. Relearning my keys obviously caused some issues in a reflex based game, and I wound up making a ton of play mistakes cause I couldn't use my skills correctly. My team fell pretty far behind mid-game partially because I couldn't cast, use skills, and I had to ward manually, and this allowed the enemy to simply walk over us for too long and threw the game.
