Can't pick a champ after banning?

I was playing normal draft and after both teams were done banning, when it was my turn to lock in a champ, the "Unknown Error sorry about that" window kept popping up. I got a penalty after I couldn't pick anyone. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem...
