Mouse goes offscreen in Fullscreen, causing constant tab-out

Ever since last patch, if with the game in full screen mode (not borderless) the mouse freely moves outside the screen onto my seconds monitor, which means anytime im in a fight clicking alot, and try to move the screen to my left, my game tabs out, which literally makes the game unplayable. How do i fix this?
