League of Legends stopped working ( Patch 8.21 )

Alright so for some reason my game has stopped working ever since I uploaded the new patch on to the game and I don't know what's wrong. Within the last four years of playing this game I have yet to deal with this problem and I've tried everything that I know of. I deleted the RADS file, I uninstall/Reinstalled the game plenty of times, I restarted my pc about two times, and I even tried the administrator setting, but Nothing seems to work at all. If anyone could give me some help or advice I would greatly appreciate it. The sooner I get this problem fixed, the sooner I can start making content and Climbing the rank ladder again.
