Bandit passive for support players not working.

Hello, it is hard as it is for support players to get 500g for early wards, now it's even harder. I'm a main support who plays 90% of his games as support. I always use Ancient Coin and upgrade it to Nomad's Medallion In the past 2-3 days i noticed the "Bandit" passive skill not working. Bandit gives +1 gold everytime a minion dies around you, or +3 gold (that has CD) when you hit an enemy champion. recently as i noted above, i noticed that i don't get gold from that passive, to note further, gold numbers dont shown up on minion's death or champion hit from the Bandit passive, i also went into the settings to see if the combat text were changed since the update but the GOLD option is still on. please fix the problem, as support players fighting for every piece of gold as it is right now...
