[GAMEPLAY] Nautilus Q cast animation

If Nautilus casts his Q in a direction visible to the enemy from an unwarded bush but misses, the q cast animation is held for several seconds after leaving the bush. It is not visible to Nautilus.

1. Stand in unwarded bush as Nautilus
2. Cast Q in direction of enemy bush miss
3. Walk out of bush.
4. Q casting animation will appear for several seconds for the enemy but not Nautilus's team

It occurs nearly every time. It is confirmed to work in both bot lane bushes, Krugs bush, and tribush depending on the direction of cast. Have not tried with any Nautilus skins.
