Key fragments bugged

So yeah, it's been 2 weeks wince I have two key fragments, even if post-game it says that I won a key fragment, when I look in the hextech crafting system, they're not there, I don't have any links to prove what I'm saying but when it will happen to me again, and it happened yesterday two times and today once, I will screenshot and copy+paste the link as a comment or by editing the discussion.
