Constant Ping increase

So since last patch which included Clash release the ping has been fucked up, constant increase in it and can't play at all, any help ?

nope been running winmtr it's just Riot trying to balance out League, CLash ,TFT an very soon MOBILE LOL. outliners like myself in the sw an west are gettting screwed over atm as they twist n tighten the server's screws

So it's riot causing the lag right ?

for me yes i can play any other game at 32 ping stable not league 73-80 ping with ping spikes peaking to 300 randomly every few minutes since the patch
