Can you guys fix ARAM one of these days?

It's clearly not random. The toons are rigged to a certain pool. I've gotten the same champ 3 times in a row on multiple occasions. This time I got either Ori, or Kled and on the last game before I dodged I got Ori again and with my one reroll I got kled. It's absurd. I want to play a random champ, not be a one trick Ori in ARAM. So then I get punished with a 15 minute timer because I can't stomach another game with the same champ I've gotten repeatedly. It's absurd.

Also, since it's random anyway, why not let you select champs from the available pool that you don't own? It seems like the champs you get are mostly from the free pool anyway and that you're trying to push people into playing them. So if they could pick one of those champs they might like it and buy it, right?

Statistically, it is actually pretty random. The reason you see the free champs more often than other champs is because every player has the chance to get them. Say I have 3 drawers with shirts in them. Drawer 1 has a blue shirt and a yellow shirt Drawer 2 has a green shirt and a pink shirt Drawer 3 has an orange shirt and a purple shirt

Now I add a red shirt to every drawer. Chances are, if I randomly draw from all 3 drawers, I'll see a red shirt more often than any other color.
