New HUD glitch

A small blue triangle appears in the target frame box of the HUD when you click on a target and move your mouse around for awhile. It's pretty distracting and hard to read info when it flickers. It was also hard to get a screenshot of it, as it only appears for a few seconds and it flickers when it does.

As you can see it effects the minion's and tower's target frame. I can confirm, at least for me, this doesn't work on champion target frame's. Hopefully this can be patched easily, it's not that big of a deal but it is difficult to ignore while playing.

I've also made a bug report about this on the PBE forums, but seeing as it is also on LIVE I thought it would be best to make a post for the LIVE community to see.
