When i did e+q in the same time..... I mean E and then Q immediatly ---it casted Q from the place you have been before E even though the champion wasn´t there anymore (happened on AR URF)

This is actually intentional. Caitlyn has a animation cancel with Piltover Peacemaker. If you use 90 Caliber Net, then Piltover Peacemaker, her q will appear where you used it. You can go into practice tool and use her e, then use her q perpendicular to where you are going and see that it appears where you pressed it, not where you are. Same thing occurs if you q then flash
