Frost Queen's Claim stuck in Minions on cast

When I cast Frost Queen's Claim 's active ability, it got stuck in minions then disappeared. It appeared that the mid enemy player never got slowed and I never had time to get back to tower. It got stuck as if Teemo was invisible somewhere. Which he was 20 seconds before. The thing is that he was dead about 500 units away.
