[GAMEPLAY] [BUG] Rek'Sai Unkillable Portal

On Any champion, when standing on Rek'sai Portal expect to destroy portal, however nothing happens. Rek'sai is also still able to R to the portal even though it is impossible to destroy.

1. Stand on portal to destroy
2. It doesnt get destroyed
3. Rek'sai ults to it and kills you lol

How to reproduce : Apparently kill the portal as Rek'sai is going through it.
