[CRASH] Crashed in game, can't reconnect

I was in champ select transitioning into the loading screen and then my client randomly crashed. I am on WIndows 7. This just happened once, (right now) and I provided screenshots. My client works, I just can't connect to the game.

I restarted my computer and my wifi running it as admin doesn't work either

I can't play any custom games either

I installed and re installed league as well, still same error when I try to connect to a game
