Disconnecting mid game

It's only started happening today, during the middle of a game (usually after 20 minutes when baron spawns) i start disconnecting, being accused of using a third party software. I've seen the Reddit post/ video about something sort of similar to my problem, but the difference is that nothing but League of Legends is open. I tried having the league client closed while i'm in game, i tried to repair my league client, restart my computer etc, but there seems to be no fix. Every game i've had so far today (2019-01-14) that has gone past 20 minutes, i would disconnect once, and if id attempt to load back in, ill disconnect within about 10-20 seconds.
