Being invited during champ select. (And being able to accept)

Back in the good old days, you didn't used to be able to be invited while in champ select. I and a few people I've run across have, however, been invited to games while in champ select recently. The result being leaving champ select and eventually being returned to the main screen with the lp penalty and dodge timer, as though you had dodged, which you have.
