Post Game Freezing {Client}

This bug does not affect overall game play, but is very inconvenient post game. Whenever the game end, win or lose, my screen freezes and i have to open task manager to get rid of my client and relog. it makes going back into queue much longer and more inconvenient for me. thanks for taking the time and i hope this can be resolved next patch. if you have any tips on how to fix this please help.
