Katarina Q and R stopped working

About 20-30 minutes into a game as Katarina, my Q and R stopped working. I noticed it after I jumped on the enemy mid laner to finish him off. Q did not activate, neither did my ultimate. I tried Qing minions in lane, it would not register as a Skill, but it would move me to the location instead. I turned quick cast off and manually tried to cast the spell, it still did not work. I restarted the client, and tried again. Same results. A few seconds later, I engaged the enemy support, Q did not activate, neither did ult. W and E worked fine. I Chased him for several seconds, while staying in complete range of my Q and R, neither activated. The Icon for Ult would still show up, as it does when you are in range, but the skill itself would not activate. I restarted the client a total of three times without any change.

EDIT I created a custom and tried both skills at level 6 and they worked. I'm not sure what happened during the game, but I have never experienced that issue with Katarina before.
