[Client] [Champion Select] Nexus Blitz Lock in button greyed out, dodged when timer ran out

Just queued up into Nexus Blitz Champ Select, selected Veigar, went to modify my runes. When I saved, the champ select timer was still counting down (as it should be) but I couldn't lock in my champion. When the timer hit 0 it dodged me. This was my 2nd match and the first worked fine, so I think it has to do with not locking in before modifying runes, because I locked in my first game before doing that.
