Neeko Health Gauge and Client Function Issue [Gameplay/Client]

Hello, just a couple of things happened to me today since I installed the latest patch. I didn't think to make screen grabs, so this will be really text heavy.. I'm also including all of the steps I took and things that happened just fine in case there's some kind of correlation (don't think there will be, but hey, more details are almost always better). Anyway, first, I played a custom game as Neeko to get a feel for her (of course), but after about fifteen minutes when I used her passive to change shape, the health gauge would radically change until I resumed normal form. The numbers would show as though I had my actual health, but the green health bar would show as though I had taken damage, ranging from small to significant. I assumed it's because of the health difference between what I had and what the person I was shapeshifting into, but I didn't pay that close of attention.

Now onto my Client issues. During the custom, there was a moment where the game just completely froze for about thirty seconds, and didn't respond to anything that I did. Second, I was able to play an ARAM just fine (minus a lag spike, but who doesn't occasionally get those?), but afterwards, when I went to play a normal draft game on the Rift, the game kinda freaked out. I used the "Change Game Mode" option to get into the new lobby, selected my roles, and went to hit "Start Game", only the button was greyed out. I tried clicking it anyway, and the sounds of searching for a new game came, but the lobby didn't change, nor did the banner above my friends list. I hit the "x" by the "Start Game" button, and nothing changed. So I decided to restart the Client.

I tried to log back into League, but it wouldn't respond, so I restarted my computer. I hit my League shortcut on my desktop, and was forced to go back to an older version of the game, and downloaded the 157 mbs, but it didn't do the whole "Applying Patches" part. I then tried to do a draft pick, which loaded in just fine until we got to the last picks on our team, and then it just froze. It disconnected me from chat in the lobby, and then reconnected, so I thought it might still load in, but after a couple of minutes of nothing happening, I closed the Client.

When I got back into the Client, it took me to the normal loading screen where I got to about 79% before it completely froze my computer to the point where I had to do a hard reset (never happy to do that). I got back, clicked on my desktop shortcut, and it gave me the loading screen with Poppy. I logged in, and the "Play Game" button was greyed out and wouldn't respond when I clicked on it. At that point, I was just fed up with things, and decided to make this post. I apologize for its lengthiness, but I was just really frustrated by ALL of these issues happening within about an hour of each other.
