League of Legend Missions Bug

Yesterday I finished the "Watch and Earn 5" Mission which is to watch 3 League of Legend Esports game and it showed I completed the mission in the client and the rewards tab on the browser where I view the games but I still haven't receive my 250 Blue Essence. Then today I finished the "Try Your Luck #3" mission which is to score 35 points, points are scored from winning = 5 points or losing = 2 points. I completed the quest and it should have rewarded me with 1000 Blue Essence. I know it's completed because I check the past completed mission tab on the client and it show the quest as finished I still haven't received my Blue Essence yet. I even restarted my client 5 times and still no changes to my total amount of Blue Essence I have before. I thought the main point of these missions/quest is to reward the players. This feels like a scam if the quest does not reward players as it indicates.
