[GAMEPLAY] Unsealed Spellbook + Hextech Flashtraption goof

While messing around with spellbook, I had hextech flashtraption also equipped.

The bug is when I switch the once flash, now hextech flash, into another spell...

And go into combat. The slot still thinks its hextech flash I presume and the now switched spell goes on cooldown every time I do damage or take damage with enemy champs, just like hextech flash does.
