[CLIENT] ChampionSelect Teleport Text Bug

so when looking at the summoner spell teleport while in the champion select you can see that it says that the channel time is 3.5 seconds even though ingame it shows that the channel time is 4.5. now this is an issue because in the recent patch the channel time for teleport was changed to a whole 4.5 seconds. While this is not confusing to me i can see how it can create issues and i also am of the opinion that we should keep this client in top quality. my friend also sees this 3.5 channel time for teleport description so it is safe to assume it is not an issue with my personal client but rather a global crisis. i am glad to have been of any use in bringing about a fix for this small error that will most surely by quickly resolved by the amazing staff and understanding moderators at riot games incorporated TM.

tl;dr the channel time for teleport isnt 3.5 but it says that it is Thanks, and have a good dynamic queue experience,
