Cannot access player profile

[Client] - So I bought some runes in the store and tried to open my player profile but all I get is a hanging screen with the little clock and never opens up to the profile. My Summoner Icon, Help tab all open up with missing elements, Borders, Pictures etc.

I have tried closing reopening the client short of Reinstalling which I would like to avoid everytime I small glitch like this
