[GAMEPLAY] Killing Sett Disconnected Jungler and Me

My jungler and I killed the enemy Sett in top lane, seconds after, we both disconnected from the game, unable to rejoin.

I know about this because my duo was still in the game, and kept me updated on whether enemy Sett or our jungler reconnected.
