2 Bugs: 1; [CRASH] 2; [GAMEPLAY]

Recently, I have been getting a crash at the end of every game. This isn't a major problem, as it's at the end, just before the Victory/Defeat sign pops up, but even still, it can be frustrating.

More importantly, I've been getting a gameplay bug way too often where my mouse cursor gets stuck as a ping symbol, or attack symbol, etc. Although this may not seem all that bad at first, I cannot click on the minimap to view another part of it, I cannot click on a champion, friendly or enemy, to view their stats, and I cannot ping at all, unless I have a certain ping bound to a button.

I have tried to reinstall league, etc. but the problem is still there.
