Practice tool dummies bug, you can kill the dummies with grievous wounds [GAMEPLAY]

Grievous wounds can kill dummies with the damage proc, this bug might come from the thornmail changes. Every ability/item that gives grievous wounds makes it possible to kill the dummy if the dummy has grievous wounds applied. Katarina ult gives grievous wound for example, but it doesn't kill the dummy because you need a damaging ability after to kill it.

How to reproduce: Get an ability that gives grievous wound, ignite or an item. For example: Varus E, Katarina ult, mortal reminder, morellonomicon or ignite. Make the dummy low and apply grievous wounds and then with a damaging proc it kills the dummy, I'm not sure but Varus E kills the dummy, while katarina ult can't kill it, maybe because it is not a certain amount of damage proc, but I am not sure. The bug occurs every time using grievous wounds.
