[CLIENT] SSL_ERROR_SYS Frequent disconnects in champ select (I know it's not a local internet issue)

Firstly to clarify, I have a friend in the same house who does not get this issue. We are both on wired connections and have other internet programs running so can assume it is not a local internet issue.

When in champion select I will be disconnected from "the platform" and basically miss my chance to pick/ban a champion. I haven't confirmed but it seems to happen on my turn for pick/ban. Noticed that on the most recent occasion the disconnect only happened when it was my turn to pick, which was 4th on my team. But it mainly happens during the banning phase.

I read through the crash logs and in ever failed champ select, I find the following line:

<unknown-plugin>| {"message":"SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL - The underlying BIO reported an I/O error.","errorCode_int":5}

Thought it was just a random occurrence but I have been getting it quite frequently now and lost about 20lp, so off ranked now xD
